I want to do something with our boring upvc front door. I’m an admirer of Artt Nouveau stained glass, as this post showed. I would really like to see if I can imitate that on our dull front door. In the meantime here’s some inspiration….
I have one more to show you, but I might basing my attempt at repeating Art Nouveau stained glass on it; so more of that later.

I’ve just read your post on your C1 grade – great news! How many posts do we read about struggling with the language before we come here – and we’re all still grossly unprepared for the reality 😩😆.

You’ve every right to be chuffed. I was explaining to someone today that in England if you speak a second language, well you’re regarded with awe. Two languages and people will subconsciously bow a little at your knowledge. Three and you’re regarded as a genius automatically!
